Join us at our private personal training studio in Rutherford, NJ. I am dedicated to providing top-notch fitness experiences for individuals of all ages and skill levels, with a special emphasis on athletes. Let's achieve your goals together!

Here at Barcenas Fitness, our main focus is results. You can train 7 days a week, 3 plus hours a day…but where are the results? Do you feel healthy? Are you flexible and have great mobility in your main joints? Through years of intensive training and research, I have found the do’s and don’ts of weight training, plyometrics, mobility training, speed/agility training and more. I have found that the saying, “the more the merrier” is far from the truth in the gym. I focus on form and technique over everything else combined with the proper weight for each exercise. This enables us to get great range of motion for each exercise to target the full length of that muscle group or to focus on great, quality plyometric / isometric movements. There is a lot more to lifting weight than meets the eye. I have spent hours researching the best exercises to target each muscle group along with tons of different variations to keep things interesting so, You, the client never gets bored repeating the same movements.
